1: Let's Connect (Initial Consultation)

Get in Touch! Simply send me an email or fill out the contact form [Link here]. I always respond promptly, typically within 24  hours, to schedule our first discussion.

We'll talk through your ideas, your specific requirements for the artwork, and your budget. We can also easily meet via video call, or if you are local (Wrocław and surroundings), we can arrange an in-person meeting.

2: Design Confirmation & Proposal

Sharing Your Space: I encourage you to share photos of the space where the painting will live. We will discuss your preferred colour palette, textures, and the overall mood you wish to achieve. Based on my experience, I can confidently recommend the size and scale that will look the best in your room

The Proposal: I will then provide you with a clear proposal, outlining the final design, pricing, and the estimated timeline. We will discuss suitable frame options, ensuring the chosen style enhances both the art and your interior.

Deposit & Timeline: To secure the commission and begin the creative process, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required upfront. Once received, the estimated completion time for your unique painting is approximately 4-6 weeks, including framing.

3: Creation & Personalised Touches

Bringing It to Life: Once the proposal is approved and a deposit is secured, the creative process begins! You will receive regular progress updates.

A True Original: Once complete, I will add my personal signature and a handwritten, dedicated note specifically for you, making the piece truly yours.

Final Peek: When the painting is done, I'll send you high-quality photos for your final approval before shipping.

4: Delivery

Finished & Ready: Upon your approval, the final 50% balance is due.

Your finished artwork will be safely packaged and delivered directly to your location*, ready to be the star of your wall 😊

*International Europe shipping is available for commissions, and a nonrefundable 50% deposit is required to book, with the final 50% due upon the agreed start date.
